 Birthday Parties Parties for Ages 2 - 102 Many Themes Art, dance or a combination Make a beautiful memory for your child. Magnolia Hill Studios combines imagination and lots of organization to make every birthday party a unique and wonderful experience. Your guests will create or perform a work of art with our experienced teachers. Let our party planner help you choose a theme in visual art or dance. All art supplies are included. You may also choose to include songs, games, and stories. After a creative dance class or an exciting art project, a party room is available for refreshments. Included: Studio building rental for 2 hours Decorated party room Professional staff Art supplies Available at an extra cost: Complete over-the-top decorations for party room. Magnolia Hill is famous for themed decorations!! You won’t be disappointed if you ask us to decorate. We give our attention to detail. Catered food and beverages Cake Paper goods Party favors Invitations We reserve the right to limit the number of cars for attendees. Birthday parties are booked on studio space and teacher availability. $100 nonrefundable deposit needed to hold space, with full payment due by the day of the party. Example Art Party Child will choose a theme. There will be a “mini” art lesson including a famous artist/painting. Children will complete one main project and will also participate in additional smaller activities all related to chosen theme. You will have approximately one hour to have refreshments, cake and open gifts. For instance, if you choose “Sharks and Mermaids” as your theme, the art of the day may be Hokusai’s Great Wave, we may do some of the following: create a shark mask from a paper mache base, decorate a wood frame with beach sand and shells, copy The Great Wave, or make a giant mermaid or shark stick puppet. The party room will feature ocean blue table covers, pennants in sea glass colors and copies of our featured painting. Dance Party Choose the theme. Let’s say we choose Curious George. We’ll listen to music fitting our theme as we do the hula and monkey around the dance studio. An intro to ballet movement will be intertwined in our jungle escapades. Do you like bananas? If the adults are willing to be the audience, we’ll show off what we’ve learned in class wearing monkey tails and masks that the children create themselves. The dance studio will be outfitted with pennants in jungle colors, table covers to match, and maybe a banana or two. We do most any theme. Our parties are tailored to your needs.
