 About Us The environment at Magnolia Hill Studios is supportive and encouraging. All classes are offered in a non-competitive way and with an imaginative spirit that encourages the heart of a young child. "Recent research documents that the arts stimulate learning, improve overall academic performance, promote teamwork, and help children develop problem solving skills." According to Susan Striker, author of the Anti-coloring Book, there is a link between instruction in the arts and the development of reading and writing. Our classes are rich in multi-sensory experiences. Many are rich in literature. They strengthen cognitive, social, and emotional skills.
